The Herd Census 2015 is open:

The Brony Study (whose website somehow manages to get awfuller and awfuller) has a new pre-season 5 survey up to be answered. If you want to help these guys research the brony community, fill it out - especially if you're also participating in their ongoing longitudinal study.

Research is Magic (researchismagic) recently posted a two-part interview with Dr. Patrick Edwards, aka Dr. Psych Ology, the psychologist behind the Brony Study. It's long, it's unedited (this is a direct transcript of a video interview, so don't expect a lot of polishing), and the formatting's not always the greatest, but it's a fascinating read nonetheless ( Read more... )

More research on bronies is always good, right? At the very least, it's always interesting, so have two updates.

The Brony Study folks have posted some study results that they'd previously shared at BronyCon 2013. There's no fancy PDF with lots of graphics, tables and detailed discussion, alas, but it's still an interesting read.
